Design and construction of slaughter lines for sheep and goats, either by traditional or halal method.
The dressing line  can be traditional or tipus cod which offers more advantages:


  • More operators confort.
  • Minimum contact  carcass with operator's hands.
  • The outer skin does not get in contact  with the animal meat .

The skinning may be more or less automatized either with a rotative scalpel , a skinner for work the chest or a shoulder skinner .

As more automatized the line is , less effort you need . The production and the meat quality increase ,so we ge a non-cleft skin.
 



AUTOMATIC GRADING AND CLASSIFICATION OF SHEEP AND LAMB.


SETUP AND FUNCTION :

- 2 Camera system for automatric acquisition of the carcasses inthe side and back view .

- Online integration into the salughter line. 

- Perfomance . 800 carcasses / hour.

- Image data is evaluated with a special image processsing sofware on a pc.

- Conformation and fat class.

- Weight and yield of the most valuable cuts  .

- Derivation of sort criteria.

HOW IS THE VSS 2000 INTEGRATED INTO THE OPERATION ?

- Flexible data output over serial interface or network to the factory data processing for international use or interpretation.

- Reading in of the carcasss weight by an integrated VSS 2000 server solution.

- Control of sorting systems .
